FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Double vibration isolator contains two oppositely located vibration isolators, fastened together by bases through a vibration damping gasket. Each vibration isolator contains a base, a cover and elastic elements with a damper arranged between them. Dry friction damper consists of the lower bush, connected with a base, and coaxial with it upper barrel, connected with the cover. Around the damper two elastic elements designed as cylindrical screw springs, connected by means of pins with the cover and base, are located. Spring coils are covered with polyurethane. Each of the elastic elements covers, by means of a spring, an elastic damping element made of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane. Dry friction damper contains a cylindrical helical spring installed inside it. Cavity of the damper is filled with a resiliently damping mesh element.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
