FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry. Device comprises a bed, a ladle with a glass, a vertical crystallizer, sliding rod supports and cylindrical bushings. Crystallizer is formed by a pair of lateral walls with inclined upper and calibrating lower sections of the working surface. Each side wall is fixed to the support with the possibility of rotational movement with deformation of the workpiece to two eccentric shafts. Second pair is designed to perform reciprocal motion. Sliding rod stops rest by one end in the cylindrical bushings, mounted on the lower eccentric shafts, and in the sidewall of the frame by another one.
EFFECT: decreased metal input is ensured.
