FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in case of cholecystectomy from laparoscopic access, pressure of 5 to 8 mm Hg is created in the abdominal cavity. An additional 10 mm trocar is installed for liver retraction with subsequent clipping of the artery and duct in the Kalo triangle and cholecystectomy. The installation of an additional trocar creates conditions for traction of the liver or duodenal ligament bringing it down with reduced pressure in the abdominal cavity. The bladder duct and artery in the region of the Kalo triangle are visualized. The duct and artery are isolated and clipped. Hemostasis is performed and bile leakage from the duct during operation is controlled.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with cardiovascular pathology, reduces the risk of postoperative and/or intraoperative cardiovascular complications, with a minimal risk of damage to neighbouring organs.
