SUBSTANCE: cholecystectomy through a single laparoscopic approach. Cholangiography is performed through an abdominal puncture in the right hypochondrium. An electrosurgical loop consisting of a catheter and a metal loop is inserted. It is brought to the cystic duct puncture. The metal loop is removed from a catheter loop. Cholangiography is performed through the catheter. The catheter is brought out of the duct lumen leaving its end in the abdominal cavity. The bile duct is overlapped and crossed between clips. The loop is applied and tightened on the gall bladder neck. The gall bladder neck is tracted. The gall bladder is separated from the bed. The metal loop is removed from the bladder neck. The looped catheter is removed from the abdominal cavity. The gall bladder is removed from the navel approach.

EFFECT: method reduces the length of cholangiography and cholecystectomy, enables cholangiography in obesity, improves the instrumental manipulation environment.
