SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. With cholecystectomy through a single laparoscopic approach, antegrade papillosphincterotomy is performed through the vesicular duct. Umbilical approach is carried out, a device for single laparoscopic approach is installed. Bottom of the gallbladder is fixed with a metal string folded in half, which forms a loop upon extension from the needle. Traction of gallbladder towards the diaphragm is performed. Bladder duct is isolated and clipped at the neck. Duct is opened with scissors below the clips. Through the formed aperture, cannulation, duct catheterization and cholangiography are performed. A papillotome enters through the instrumental channel of the device for single laparoscopic approach. Papillotome passes through the formed opening of the gallbladder duct into the lumen of the duodenum. Under the control of a duodenoscope, papillosphincterotomy is performed. Duodenoscope and papillotome are removed. Gallbladder duct is twice clipped and cut. Cholecystectomy is performed.

EFFECT: method for performing antegrade papillosphincterotomy with cholecystectomy through a single laparoscopic approach is proposed.
