FIELD: construction; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, construction and can be used for the development of solid rocks by means of loosening machines without drilling and blasting operations. Method for the development of solid rocks includes massive drilling of wells throughout the area of the block being prepared for excavation, loosening by machines with destruction of the rock ends between the wells. Drilling series of wells and positioning are carried out by a drilling rig with the help of an automatic system down to the calculated depth along the block being prepared for excavation. Minimum diameter of the wells for weakening the mass rock, the calculation of the wells number, the distance between the wells in the row and the distance between the rows are determined on the basis of an assessment of physical and mechanical characteristics of the rock. Tip of the loosener is lowered into the drilled wellhead for subsequent downgrade loosening. Direction of the loosener movement along the row of wells is provided by the automatic system followed by moving to the upper position and positioning the loosener tip in the drilled wellhead of the adjacent row within the zone of the horizontal top layer. After loosening of the top layer of the mass rock, the loosened rock mass is collided by a bulldozer downward followed by loosening the underlying rock layer with the loosening unit.
EFFECT: method increases the productivity, reliability and technological efficiency of the development of solid rocks.
