FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used to develop dense and semi-rocky rocks. Method for developing deposits of solid minerals with combined preparation of rocks for excavation includes loosening the upper layer of the massif, previously impregnated and softened with a solution of a surfactant, by rotary loosening equipment installed under the bottom of the scraper bucket. Simultaneously with loosening for impregnation and softening of the underlying layer of the massif, a solution of a surfactant is injected through nozzles installed on the back side of the teeth of the loosening equipment. The surfactant solution is pumped from a container mounted on the scraper frame. Extraction of previously loosened rock mass is carried out with a scraper bucket. The area of the developed block is taken on the basis of the time spent on loosening and excavation, commensurate with the time required for the weakening of the underlying layer of the massif impregnated with a surfactant solution.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity and technological efficiency of mining a rock mass with scrapers by expanding their functionality and using a combined rock disintegration scheme.
