SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopedics and neurology, and can be used during the rehabilitation of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Synchronous with the phases of the motor action, the electric stimulation of the muscles of the patient's aching leg in the phases of their natural stimulation and contraction. For electrostimulation, the electrodes, which are mounted on the diseased leg, are used. Synchronization of electrostimulation of the muscles of the diseased leg with the phases of the motor action is carried out in accordance with the systemic motion along the given trajectory. Trajectory of the motion of a healthy leg, fixed by the angular motion sensors placed on it, is accepted as a systemic motion along the given trajectory. Movement of the diseased leg along the given trajectory is corrected during each step of the patient, taking into account the fixed spatial position of the diseased leg using the motion sensors, which are installed on it.

EFFECT: method provides for the increased effectiveness of rehabilitation, reducing its timing by means of using the step of the healthy leg as a reference pattern for the step of the patient's leg.
