SUBSTANCE: deep artery of the shoulder and the collateral radial artery with the comitant veins are mobilized from the radial nerve and surrounding tissues, from the exit from the spiral canal to the level of the distal metadiaphysis of the humerus. In a single complex with the isolated vessels, their branches and branches of the recurrent radial artery to the periosteum of the external epicondyle of the humerus, a periosteal cortical autograft is raised, the periosteum is raised as flaps on front and back the outer surfaces of the external epicondyle at the level of attachment of the long beam hand extensor including a fragment thereof. The periosteum flaps are turned laterally, the cortical plate is perforated along the perimeter of the withdrawn autograft and raised.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of fracture, shorten the duration of treatment.
