SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is described including a polynucleotide encoding a neurotoxic BoNT/E polypeptide, a vector for expression of the above polynucleotide, a host cell for polynucleotide expression, a neurotoxic BoNT/E polypeptide, a method for neurotoxic BoNT/E polypeptide production, a method for drug production. In one embodiment, the neurotoxic BoNT/E polypeptide exhibits a reduced duration of the biological effect in the subject, the said biological effect causing muscle paralysis in the subject.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for obtaining the muscle paralysis effect.
