SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to instruments for quality control and safety monitoring during neurotoxin manufacturing. Particularly, the group of inventions refers to a method for measuring partially truncated and/or full-length neurotoxin A polypeptide (BoNT/A) in a solution containing full-length and partially truncated BoNT/A, wherein the above method contains the stage of contacting the above solution to an absorbent antibody, which specifically binds to the partially truncated and/or full-length BoNT/A in the environment providing the binding of the above antibody with the above partially truncated and full-length BoNT/A, thereby forming a complex, and the stage of measuring the formed complex, wherein the amount of the complex is the amount of the partially truncated and full-length BoNT/A in the above solution. Besides, the group of inventions provides a device and a kit for implementing the above method.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables the fast and qualitative measurement of the partially truncated and full-length neurotoxin A polypeptide (BoNT/A).
