SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, in particular to a radio channel complex of cardiac monitoring and rescue in life-threatening situations. Complex contains wearable medical telemetry devices placed on the body or in the clothes of the patients, and a patient monitoring center connected by a wireless network to the consoles of the medical assistance service on duty. Structure of each patient monitoring center includes an automatic external defibrillator (AED) with its means of delivery to the patient and diagnostic equipment. Diagnostic equipment includes a console microcontroller and its associated database, a radio modem of a standard communication network, an alarm radio modem, and display, notification and control units. At the same time, a wearable medical telemetry device contains a multichannel microcontroller with which the biomedical parameters control unit, an alarm radio modem and a battery power control and monitoring unit are associated, as well as an audible warning unit whose input is connected to the audio output of a multichannel microcontroller, a patient mobility meter and a GPS/GLONASS module, the outputs of which are connected to the corresponding inputs of the multichannel microcontroller. AED delivery device to the patient is made in the form of a quadrocopter. Control equipment contains a flight microcontroller associated with the GPS/GLONASS navigation unit and with the flight control elements. Voice siren and a GPS/GLONASS module coordinate input unit are entered into each worn medical telemetry device and into each console of the on-duty medical service. Console microcontroller is made with an additional output, which is connected to the flight microcontroller input through the input unit of the coordinates of the GPS/GLONASS module. Sound alert unit is made with an additional audio input. Multichannel microcontroller is equipped with an additional audio output, which is connected to the additional audio input of an audible warning unit through the above-mentioned voice annunciator.

EFFECT: expansion of the existing arsenal of cardiac defibrillation and the use of AED in prehospital conditions, which is effective for an acceptable response time, is achieved.
