SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to cardiac emergency systems. Territorial cardiac emergency system contains a console device of the emergency medical service on duty, which consists of a microcontroller and its associated wireless network modem, display, notification and control units, as well as a database of personal details and medical indicators of patients distributed in a controlled area of the device for monitoring the behavior of people, each of which contains a microcontroller, to one of the outputs of which is connected a sound accompaniment unit, and other inputs/outputs are connected to a display, a wireless network modem and an image preprocessor, video inputs and outputs of which control are connected to video cameras, an external testing console and an associated face recognition processor and a database of patient faces were introduced into the console device of the emergency medical service on duty; the microcontroller of the console device is made with two additional ports, which are connected respectively with the input/output of the external testing console and with the second input/output of the face recognition processor.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to ensure the reliability of the cardiac emergency system.
