FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes processing of basic shank surfaces, a dihedral angle, a trunnion having angular curvature and a small support. Centering holes are preliminary made in the trunnion foot which is made at an angle to the axis of the dihedral angle. The foot is set with a centering hole on the floating center fixed in the spindle of the machine. Then it is pressed by its rotating center mounted in quill of the back poppet through the centering hole located at the end of the small support.
EFFECT: simple adjustment of the machine, installation and removal of the part from the machine, no large range of the complex devices and their accessories is required.
