FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: walls of tubular collectors comprise holes with collars located around them. The tubes of vertical columns are fabricated, and the ends of tubes of columns with collars of collectors are connected. Each hole in each collector has diameter smaller than collar diameter. By plastic deformation of the collector wall around the collector opening, the wall is pressed inside the collector and the collar is provided around the opening from the collector wall. Each collar is positioned in collector cavity. The ends of each tube are put on the ends of each tube made of solder ring, and the ends of the tube are inserted into the collars of the collectors for ring to contact the surface of the well and the tube. Contact surfaces of ends of tubes of columns with collars of collectors are joined by means of soldering by heating in inductor the contact surfaces of the collector and the tube in the zone of ring location from the solder.
EFFECT: simplified method for connecting radiator collectors to the tubes of columns.
