FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: inventions can be used in making rigid tubular structures. End of second pipe is located in collar of first pipe. Pipes are rigidly connected to each other by layer of hardened material. In the hole between the collar surfaces and the end of the second pipe there is a gap filled with hardened material, in particular solder. An opening in the first pipe and its collar are made by moving the tool from the outer side of the first pipe to its longitudinal axis and forming a hole around the opening of the first pipe on its outer surface. End of the second pipe is put on ring of material melted during heating and end is introduced with interference end of second pipe into collar of first pipe. First pipe is located in horizontal position and walls of connected pipes are heated in area of said ring location until its melting and filling in molten state of said hole of first pipe. Pipe joint is cooled down to hardening of melted material in hole. Pipe heating in ring zone is performed by inductor.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of design and process of pipes connection, reduced labor input and power consumption of pipes connection.
