FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: metal electrical cabinet in the form of a parallelepiped, divided into compartments with walls of rectangular shape. In the modules there installed are sliding modules with two handles, a rotary handle of the switch and a push button on the front panel of the module. In the rear walls of the compartments there installed are grids of insulating material, on the rear panel of the module there installed are power electric connectors with flat contacts of spring type, which are coaxial to the holes in the insulating grids on the rear walls of the compartments. Rectangular mounting plate is made inside the module. Side walls of compartments are made with lower part in the form of C-shaped profile, rollers are fixed inside bend of each wall. Upper and lower walls of compartments are made with T-shaped profile along front edge. Module front panel is larger than compartment opening. Z-shaped profiles are made on the module bottom sides. Behind the front panel of the sliding module there is a protective box in form of a U-shaped frame with depth of 3-10 cm. On the side wall of the protective box there is a connector of secondary circuits with contacts with length of 1-3 cm longer than the length of contacts of power connectors. Button has a push mechanism with a return spring, the stem of the button is connected to the pusher. Pusher has two slots of elongated shape, located at an angle to axis of stroke of button stem, through slots pass two pins, rigidly fixed on two plates of blocking module of rectangular shape. Module locking plates are arranged near the bottom of the module and covered from above with a jacket. Ends of module locking plates pass through slots in Z-shaped profiles of module bottom. On the side walls of the compartment at different depths there are 3 holes made at one horizontal level with the ends of the module locking plates. On the rotary handle rod of the switch there is a cam, one of the ends of the interlocking plate of the switch is fixed with an axis to turn to the cam, the other end passes through the slot in the pusher. In side wall of protective box there is a slot coaxially to cutout in pusher. Gap between front panel of module and external parts of cabinet is less than 2.4 mm, gap between edges of compartment and parts of sliding module in positions of control and disconnected is less than 2.4 mm.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of blocking and ergonomics of use.
