FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacture of diffusion welding photonic devices, in particular when connecting piezocrystalline transducers and acousto-optical crystals. Hood is formed on the base to form vacuum chamber and frame comprising lower member, upper member and connecting posts is mounted. Positioning means one of the parts to be welded is mounted on movable member provided with means for moving it. Positioning means of second part is mounted on lower frame member. Metal evaporation mean consists of fixed and movable parts, on last of which evaporating element is fixed and equipped with drive, providing movement of mobile part between details to be welded when metal layer is applied.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in accuracy of fixing welded details relative to each other, increasing accuracy of adjusting and maintaining compression force during welding process, reduction of deformation gradients of optical crystals and high repeatability of diffusion welding results.
