FIELD: machine building; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment for drying of solutions. Unit for drying of solutions in a fluidized bed contains: a chamber with a gas distribution grid and a discharge port, a rotary blade mixer, and nozzles installed along the involute curve. Nozzle contains hollow cylindrical housing with throttle plate, connected to union nut, to which liquid flow divider is attached, consisting of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells, space between them is filled with a fine mesh net, the apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the throttle washer. In diverter lower part cylindrical perforated segment and flow swirler, made in the form of spring are fixed. Invention is aimed at increasing of the device productivity.
EFFECT: improvement of operational reliability and drying quality.
