FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ash collectors and can be used in thermal power plants. Hudrosult-heat exchanger contains an inlet branch pipe, a body, an outlet branch pipe, a settling chamber. In this case, the precipitation chamber is filled with water to the level of the partition wall immersed in the chamber, and the lower part of the partition wall has longitudinal grooves with a constant pitch. Input flue is provided with a water sprinkler in the form of a collector with centrifugal jets, the water in which comes under pressure through a pipeline from a screw pump connected to a water collection tank from the overflow window with an adjustable gate through a drainage pipe. Under the lower part of the partition wall, there is a heat exchanger in the form of a tubular coil, having an inlet for cold water and an outlet for hot water. Overall dimensions of heat exchanger match with chamber cross section sizes in plane perpendicular to web. Each of the nozzles has a hollow cylindrical body with a throttle washer, connected to a union nut, to which a liquid flow divider is attached, wherein the liquid flow divider consists of coaxially arranged, perforated conical shells, the space between which is filled with a fine mesh, the apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the throttle washer. In the lower part of the divider is fixed a cylindrical perforated segment fixed on perforated conical shells, where in the cylindrical perforated segment, fixed in the lower part of the divider on perforated conical shells, there is a flow swirler, made in the form of a spring.
EFFECT: increase of the efficiency of resource saving and cleaning of flue gases by increasing the surface of the spray by using a vortex nozzle.
