FIELD: active protection devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration protection means. Vibration isolator comprises a body, a base, a cylindrical equal-frequency spring with a combined damper inside, the upper and lower limiters of the spring travel made of elastomer, and the threaded sleeve. Body is rigidly connected to the base, made in the form of a circular thrust bearing on which the lower cylindrical spring travel stop is supported. Spring cooperates with the upper and lower travel limiters through the lower support cup and the upper spring covering cover, which is rigidly connected with threaded bushing. Top spring stroke limiter made in form of a cylindrical sleeve is attached on cover. On end surface of cover is fixed elastic dynamic object stroke limiter made of elastomer. In cover there is a hole for viscous material injection in lubrication system, for example, solid oil. In the axial cylindrical hole of the lower stop, two additional damping elements are located, one of which is made of polyurethane, and the other is in form of mesh element. Combined damper is made in the form of two cylindrical bushings, one of which is made of a friction material based on copper.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
