SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Spring vibration isolator for the foundations of buildings comprises a body, a base, an elastic member, a lower and upper stop limiters of the elastic member made of an elastomer, and a threaded bushing connecting the resilient member to a vibration-insulated object. Lower cylindrical elastic-damping element made of an elastomer with an axial cylinder-conical hole is supported by a circular thrust bearing. In threaded bushing screw for connection of resilient element with vibration isolated object is fixed. Elastic limiter of the dynamic movement of the object is fixed on the end surface of the cover. Hole is made in the cover to inject solid oil into the system. Two additional damping elements are located coaxially with each other and coaxially with the body. Elastomer damper is located inside the spring coaxially with it. Cylindrical helical spring of the resilient damping element comprises an additional damping element on the outer helical surface, made in the form of a polyurethane elastic tube clad free-of-play on its outer surface.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
