SUBSTANCE: various stimuli: drawings, subjects are presented to the tested person, the responses received for each stimulus are analyzed. Evaluation is based on linguistic and psychological indicators, reflecting the level of development of the following components: intellectual: the naming and description of objects; metaphorical meaning in description; plot in description; emotional: emotional background reflection in description: naming of emotions associated with the stimulus; aggressiveness: naming of cutting items, weapons, dangerous natural phenomena, action; extroversion: outward direction of description-description of objects and persons, related events, natural phenomena; creative: dynamics: movement elements in description; detail: maturity of item or picture description; infantilism: description matching the perception of younger age, playing image meaning; present thinking and/or speech disorders: naming of single nouns for different objects; stereotype: use of names of objects belonging to the same class, lack of creativity when naming; duplicate descriptions for different objects: using the same names for different objects more than once; inability to describe the object. At that, each response of the subject, expressed in the form of a verbal description of the stimulus, is scored. Based on the scores obtained, the level of development of each component in the subject is judged.

EFFECT: method allows to expand diagnostic possibilities of estimation of the development level of subjects with intellectual disorders at the expense of increased number of estimated components of the personality development level.
