SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of psychophysiology, psychology, sociology, pedagogy and can be used in carrying out individual and mass research in the sphere of psychophysiology, psychology, sociology, pedagogy, professional selection and career counselling in order to predict psychological peculiarities, temperament and psychological type of the personality, as well as to estimate psychological compatibility on this basis. The motion express methods by E.P. Ilyin are used. Properties of a person's nervous system: strength, mobility, steadiness - are determined. Psychological peculiarities of the said person's temperament are identified by the comparison of the obtained data with known typological complexes of the nervous system properties (NSP), conditioning the high expressivity of the psychological peculiarities of the temperament. Neuroticism and extraversion - introversion by H.Eysenck; extraversion - introversion, judiciousness - intuition, logicality - feeling, rationality - impulsiveness by D.Keirsey; emotionality, ergicity, plasticity, rapidity by V.M.Rusalov. Predicted are manifestations of the personality peculiarities, which are the stronger, the larger the number of the nervous system properties in the composition on a typological NSP complex the said person has.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the objectivity of the estimation of the psychological properties of the temperament and the psychological type due to the estimation of the nervous system properties.
