FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for preparing an agent possessing regenerative, immunomodulating, detoxification and adaptogenic activity. Method for producing an agent possessing regenerative, immunomodulating, detoxification and adaptogenic activity, involving cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells from human or animal's adipose tissue and obtaining a conditioning medium after at least 3–4 passages, further purifying the conditioning medium from the high-molecular fraction by ultrafiltration with a pore rating of 10 kDa, adding glycine in concentration of 22.5 ± 2.5 mg/cm3 for stabilizing the product, biological control of the product regenerative activity on dermal fibroblasts, sterilizing filtration and aseptic dispensing.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain an agent having a complex action through regulation of the bivalent tissue elements, providing recovery of the injured structure and disturbed functions of the organs and systems.
