Bactericidal pharmaceutical composition comprising the following items was proposed: (a) 1 or 2 mcg/ml cefixime or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, (b) 4 mcg/ml clavulanic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and (c) 2 mcg/ml of mecillinam; the bactericidal pharmaceutical composition comprising the following: (a) 1 or 2 mcg/ml of cefuroxime or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, (b) 4 mcg/ml of clavulanic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and and (c) 2 mcg/ml of mecillinam, and the bactericidal pharmaceutical composition comprising the following: (a) 1 or 2 mcg/ml of cefpodoxime or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, (b) 4 mcg/ml of clavulanic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and and (c) 2 mcg/ml of mecillinam.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the effectiveness of the claimed compositions against the highly resistant pathogen, the Klebsiella pneumoniae strain, producing ESBL SHV and TEM.
