FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. This is achieved by the fact that in a drying plant for high moisture materials containing housing in form of two truncated cones connected by large bases, gas distribution grating in its lower part, inert bodies inside the body and a spray of material being dried, placed at level of middle of the upper cone height, impellers having at least two blades are attached to the filaments. Impellers may be fixed via one wick and in chamber height they may be placed in staggered order. Nozzle for product spraying is made acoustic and contains a housing with an internal acoustic oscillations generator in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, nozzles for supplying air and liquid. Acoustic oscillations generator is made in the form of a conical nozzle coaxial with housing and having an annular throttle opening with an external diameter dc formed by the cut of the nozzle and a resonator rod of diameter dst, and an annular cavity resonator of length h, formed by a resonator rod and a cylindrical cavity with an outer diameter dp in the fastening member. Volume of cavity resonator is separated from the nozzle cut at distance b. An air pipe is perpendicular to a body axis and connected to a ring cavity formed by a cylinder and an internal surface of the body. On platen cage is fixed with throttling holes coaxial with ring throttle opening, and also resonator rod is coaxially fixed. Sprayed fluid is supplied through pipe, perpendicular to body axis, to ring cavity formed by housing and external surface of nozzle. At the same time, one end of the casing is made solid and is connected to the housing, and in the other end, enclosing the conical nozzle, throttling openings coaxial with the ring throttle opening are provided. From the side, opposite to resonant cavity, there is adjustment mechanism in form of hand wheel with packer mounted on free cylinder end. External diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing. Internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the fastening element of the annular cavity resonator with the resonator bar, that output sections of external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to annular volume resonator axis. Additional flow divider coaxially attached to the external diffuser is made in the form of a cylindrical shell, at the end part of which a perforated plate is fixed on the side opposite the diffuser.
EFFECT: increase in drying performance.
