FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials from loose materials and polymer wastes and may be used to produce chemically stable coatings for floors, tiles and other products. Production line for products made from composite materials is provided with a spatial vertically oriented frame on which the section for preparing the molding mixture and the vertical heating section are fixed. Body of the mixture preparation section is designed with different temperature zones. Auger to mix and prepare the mixture is installed in the casing. Vertical heating section is made in the form of a hollow body with a heated hollow shaft located in it, in the upper part of which there are auger blades and scattered blades. Hollow shaft is equipped with a drive with the possibility of a shaft travel to be reversed. Preparation section of the molding mixture is fixed to the frame at an angle of up to 50° and is connected to the warm-up section via a common frame and transceiver devices.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by using the production line according to the invention description is to improve the density of the molded mass and, consequently, the strength characteristics of the final product, and also to provide more intensive heating of the entire mixture by heating not only the housing but also the inner hollow shaft heated by induction currents.
