SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of preparation of materials before molding and can be used for manufacturing products made of polymers and all types of composite materials, for example, secondary polyester fiber or artificial grass, as a filler and binder polymer or polymer sand mixture and glass for the manufacture of various molded products, including bricks, tiles, structures of parts and machines. The device for preparing the molding mixture for the manufacture of polymer-based products includes a heated housing in which rotation occurs, with blades mounted on the shaft with machining zones that are located along an imaginary spiral line. Two augers with blades located on them are installed together. The augers are installed with rotation in the opposite direction. The diameters of the augers are made the same or different, the augers are made in a set, and one of the parts of the auger has screw-like protrusions. The augers contain sections with blades, with variable steps. The auger blades are made with a mirror angle of inclination and with a shift selected empirically. The number of blades on the auger is chosen in proportion to the plasticity of the loaded mixture. The housing of the extruder is made in the form of an oval with a nickel-chromium powder coating with tungsten carbide, which promotes hardening, which is more resistant to abrasion, with the possibility of installing this equipment on vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers for using this equipment anywhere.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of aggregates and components of the device for preparing the molding mixture, increasing the reliability of its operation and increasing the uniformity of the molding mixture.
