PRODUCTION LINE FOR PRODUCTION OF POLYMERIC BUILDING MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2206452 C1

FIELD: means for reclaiming of plastics and production of molded products from them, applicable in building industry for production of polymeric tile. SUBSTANCE: the production line comprises successively positioned in the direction of the production process and technologically bound up batcher, loading device, grinder of plastic waste, reclaimer, grinder of reclaimed plastics, drying device, unloading device and drives providing for serviceability of all line units. In addition, the line uses successively installed after the grinder of reclaimed plastics and technologically bound up with one another a mixer, reactor, second batcher and a molding device. The reclaimer is made in the form of a screw extruder, having two temperature zones, provided with heating elements and placed in a double-section cylindrical horizontal body. The diameter of the first extruder section is larger than the diameter of the second section. The line has also the second loading device and the third batcher for feeding other components to the mixer, bound up through the input feeding line with the grinder of reclaimed plastics, and though the output feeding line - with the horizontal reactor. The reactor has three successively positioned many-temperature zones provided with heating elements and installed for rotation by a common shaft with asymmetrically positioned blades. The unloading device is positioned past the reclaimer. The molding device is made in the form of a detachable mould. The drying device representing a table for molded products is positioned past the molding device. EFFECT: expanded functional abilities of the production line. 1 dwg
