SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and medicine, in particular to dermatology, and appears as a liquid cream for frostbite prevention containing an oil phase, structure-forming emulsifiers and an aqueous phase with lidocaine hydrochloride, characterized in that the oil phase is a fused bearish fat, and lidocaine hydrochloride is contained in both phases in a ratio of 0.5–10.0 % by weight.
EFFECT: invention provides a high elasticity of the skin, prevents the appearance of a feeling of pain, development of spasm of blood vessels of the skin and prevents its cooling due to warming with warm arterial blood due to the development of maximum hyperemia.
