SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of herbs having an immuno-stimulating effect, wherein high or low esterified apple or citrus pectin is used as the capsule, and echinacea tincture is used as a nucleus, it is characterized in that 5 ml of echinacea tincture is added to a suspension of high- or low-esterified apple or citrus pectin in benzene in the presence of 0.01 g of preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 1,300 r/min, obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, ratio nucleus:shell is 1:1 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method of producing nanocapsules of herbs having an immuno-stimulating effect is proposed.
