FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, and food industry. Method for preparing nanocapsules of vitamins A, C, E, D or Q10 in a shell of low-ester or high-ester apple or citrus pectin. To prepare nanocapsules according to the process of the invention, 1 g of said vitamin is slowly added to the suspension of said pectin in hexane with 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 1,000 rpm. Then chloroform is added. Obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, the mass ratio in the nanocapsules of the core:shell is 1:3. Process of obtaining nanocapsules is carried out at 25 °C for 15 minutes.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of the process of nanocapsules production and increase of mass output.
