SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics, specifically to adapters for medical containers. Assembly (100) for connecting an adaptor with a medical container comprises: connecting member (20) capable of being axially mounted on a first collar defining an opening of first medical container (1a); adaptor (10) comprising gripping member (30) capable of being laterally mounted on either said connecting member or on a second collar of second medical container (1b), pierceable elastomeric piece (40), fixed with respect to said gripping member (30); and protecting envelope (50) comprising rigid shell (51) substantially surrounding said connecting member (20) and said adaptor (10) in a storage position of the assembly, in which the connecting member is separate from the adaptor, said rigid shell being closed by removable film (52). Said assembly further comprises temporary fixing means (27; 55) for preventing said connecting member (20) from escaping from said rigid shell (51) when said film (52) is removed. Group of inventions also relates to a kit for connecting an adaptor with medical containers, having collars with different external diameters, comprising an assembly according to any one of claims 1–10, a first medical container and a second medical container.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an easy-to-use adaptor that allows to maintain optimal hygienic conditions during assembly, regardless of the diameter of the collar and the vial used.
