FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of solid slab foundations for low-rise buildings and structures such as summer cottages, cottages, insulated garages, motels, sports buildings, recreation centres. Method of making the foundation consists in the fact that in the previously dug trench the earth is levelled to obtain a buried platform with an even bottom and compacted, filled with sand and compacted. In the sand filling along the perimeter, a drainage system is mounted, all communications are carried out: water supply, sewage, electricity and their outputs are made above the designed surface of the foundation, geotextile is laid, sand-crushed stone mixture is poured and compacted, waterproofing is performed and insulation is laid on it and on sides of the pit. In the pit, the foundation plate is assembled from beams made from trapezoidal OMEGA profiles with a flange, two side walls and two bends by profiling from cold-rolled and galvanized metal, which form the support and working surfaces of the foundation plate. Beams along the height of the slab are arranged at two levels in mutually perpendicular rows so that the OMEGA profiles flanges of the lower row form the support surface of the foundation slab resting on the insulation, and the flanges of the OMEGA profiles of the upper row are supported by the bends of the OMEGA profiles of the lower row, wherein the bends of the OMEGA profiles of the upper row form the working surface of the foundation slab, which sets the projected surface of the foundation. In the space between the support and working surfaces of the foundation slab, elements of the heated floor are placed and filled with filler, at the same time points of conjugation of all OMEGA-profiles are fastened with self-tapping screws.

EFFECT: providing an even strong foundation due to the use in the disclosed method of a foundation slab for erection of building elements, ensuring uniform shrinkage of the building, ensuring uniform distribution of the total load over the entire area of the foundation, absence of corrosion by eliminating the use of reinforcement and welding, provision of ease of foundation slab assembly, ease of underfloor heating embedding, minimization of concrete works, reduction of construction time, reduction of total cost of works.
