FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to the recombinant production of human heat shock protein 70 (HTS70), and can be used to produce HTS70 in milk of transgenic animals. A human HSP70 with SEQ ID NO.: 1, characterized by mutations in glycosylation sites, that do not affect the chaperone properties of the protein and allow to prevent the posttranslational modification, not characteristic of intracellular forms of HTS70, which usually occurs during the production of recombinant HSP70 in transgenic animals’ milk.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a human HSP70, having the chaperone properties of native human HSP70 in the milk of transgenic animals.
