SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating cerebral tumours and melanoma. That is ensured by introducing heat shock protein solution 70 inside the tumor which is derived by using a producer strain of Escherichia coli BB 1553, transformed using vector plasmid pMSHsp70 in dosage 0.5 mg of protein. Therapeutic course consists of 5-8 injection through the 1-2 days.

EFFECT: using the given method causes delayed tumour growth in case of administration of the preparation inside the tumor by activating cytotoxic lymphocytes, higher production of gamma-interferon in the body.
