FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to the recombinant production of human heat shock protein 70 (HSP70), and can be used to produce HSP70 in milk of transgenic animals. Based on expression vector pBCl1, an expression plasmid pHSP70 with a size of 16912 bp is obtained, with the map shown in Fig. 1, which contains the human HSP70 gene and encodes the lactoferrinsignal sequence.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a high titer of human HSP70 having chaperone properties typical for native human HSP70 in milk of transgenic animals.
