FIELD: chemistry; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process for synthesis of hydrocarbons from synthesis gas containing raw materials, in which solid Fischer-Tropsch catalyst is used in a three-phase reaction section, characterized in that said catalyst is maintained in suspension in the liquid phase by circulating the gas phase from the bottom upward in said reaction section. Wherein, in order to control and maintain a uniform concentration of catalyst particles in the reaction section, the following steps are carried out: (a) for any i that is in the range from 1 to n-1, where i is a natural integer from 1 to n-1, where n is the number of pressure measurement points along the longitudinal axis of the reactor and is at least 3, wherein measurement point 1 is the lowest point and measurement point n is the highest point in said reaction section, differential pressures are measured ΔPi between two consecutive pressure measurement points, spaced apart from each other by Δhi, and calculate the head loss per meter ΔGi=ΔPi/Δhi, (b) for each head loss per meter ΔGi in said catalyst suspension in the liquid phase, a value corresponding to the difference between two consecutive head loss per meter divided by their average value (ΔGi+1 – ΔGi)/((ΔGi+1 + ΔGi)/2 (c) if at least one of the values calculated in step (b) is greater than or equal to 5 %, inject at least one additive, containing at least one silicone polymer at least on the bottom of said reaction section.
EFFECT: use of invention allows to improve hydrodynamics of the gas/liquid/solid phase flow in the reaction section.
