SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for surgical treatment of open fractures of long tubular bones. Ultrasonic waveguide-screw for the Ilizarov apparatus is made in the form of a rod including a working part, a cylindrical threaded section and a threaded section for fixing with an acoustic unit, herewith the rod is supplemented by an exponential section, the ratio of input and output diameters of which is from 2 up to 5, and the length is from 0.25 up to 0.5λ, where λ is the wavelength, the threaded section for fixing with the acoustic unit is made 8–10 mm long with the thread from M5 to M8, herewith the total length of the exponential and the cylindrical threaded sections is 3/4λ, and the length of the working part is 1/4λ.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to shorten the period of the fracture consolidation and to reduce the incidence of complications associated with the impaired bone regeneration and the infection.
