FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for activation of reparative osteogenesis. External fixation apparatus with a bracket-fixed hollow rod-screw is being installed. Said hollow rods-screw is being introduced into the proximal and distal fragments at a distance of 20-40 mm from the fracture point. Ultrasonic waveguide is being introduced through the rod cavity so, that said waveguide projects from the inner edge of said hollow rod by 3-15 mm. Damage area is being insonified by low-frequency ultrasonic vibrations with simultaneous supply of medicinal solution into the impact area.

EFFECT: method allows reducing the length of fracture consolidation, reducing infectious complication risk.
