FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for activation of reparative osteogenesis comprises cannulated rod-screw, including self-taping and thread-forming parts on one side, threaded part on other side and threadless section between them, as well as through hole and rubber cap. Device additionally comprises ultrasonic generator, piezoceramic ultrasonic emitter, connected to output of ultrasonic generator, waveguide with contact platform and threaded section in upper part, as well as working part, which is straight rod with diameter smaller than through hole in cannulated rod-screw with self-taping and thread-forming parts in its lower section, threadless and threaded parts on other side, and exceeding its length by 5-15 mm, connected to end of piezoceramic ultrasonic emitter with threaded section with contact platform.
EFFECT: invention provides optimum conditions for activation of reparative osteogenesis, reduced number of complications and reduced length of fracture consolidation.
