System comprises an on-board device comprising a camera provided on the vehicle. Terminal device that communicates wirelessly with the on-board device, the terminal device comprising an image acquisition unit configured to receive a captured image around the vehicle captured by the camera. Delay state determination unit configured to determine a delay state including a delay time of the wireless communication between the on-board device and the terminal device.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the presentation of the predicted image in the state of the wireless communication delay between the terminal device and the airborne device.
