SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a viewing system around a vehicle. System for presenting information is proposed, comprising: on-board device (200) with video camera (1) and terminal device (100) for wireless communication with on-board device (200). Terminal device (100) contains: device (10) for obtaining an image next to a vehicle captured by video camera (1), device (10) for overlaying an image of a distance marker from a vehicle on an image, device for determining (10) the state of delay of the wireless communication between the onboard (200) and terminal devices (100), and device (10) for representing the image on which the distance marker is superimposed. When the wireless communication is not delayed, overlay device (10) superimposes a distance marker on the image in its original position, in which the distance from the vehicle is the distance indicated by the distance marker. When the wireless communication is delayed, overlay device (10) superimposes a distance marker on the image at the position on the side of motion or direction of the vehicle relative to the initial position.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide real-time information about the state near the vehicle when a delay occurs in the wireless communication between the onboard and terminal devices.
