FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of producing hydrocarbon gel, comprising the following steps: (a) providing the mixture comprising the (a-i) main chain reagent, wherein the main chain reagent has the molecular weight in the range from 1 to 100 kilo Dalton and is the compound as it is defined in the formula of invention, (a-ii) cross-linking reagent, where the main chain reagent has the molecular weight in the range from 6 to 40 kilo Dalton and is the compound as it is defined in the formula of invention, and (a-iii) the first solvent and at least the second solvent, where the second solvent is immiscible with the first solvent having the weight ratio of the mentioned one of at least one main chain reagent and at least one mentioned cross-linked reagent in the range from 1:99 to 99:1; and (b) polymerizing the mixture from step (a) by means of slurry polymerization to the hydrocarbon gel, where the polymerization in step (b) is being initiated by means of the base addition. Hydrocarbon gel obtained by means of this method, the method for obtaining the hydrocarbon gel-spacer conjugate, the hydrocarbon gel-spacer conjugate is obtained by means of this method, the method for producing the conjugate that is connected to the medium, the conjugate that is connected to the medium obtained by means of the mentioned method, and the pharmaceutical composition for controlled and/or sustained release of a medicament, which comprises the mentioned conjugate that is connected to the medium.
EFFECT: provision of the hydrocarbon gel that can be used as a medium for the conjugates that are connected with the medium, which are suitable for the controlled and/or sustained release of larger drug molecules, such as for example proteins.
