FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for surgical treatment of the cicatrical stage of the subretinal neovascular membrane. Method includes vitrectomy, removal of the posterior hyaloid membrane of the vitreous body, microretinotomy and removal of the scar subretinal neovascular membrane. In this case, a three-port subtotal vitrectomy is performed using cannulas 25 and 27 Ga, peeling of the internal border membrane before microretinotomy and establishment of cannulae 38 Ga. In the resulting subretinal space, 0.1–0.2 ml of platelet-enriched autoplasma, obtained using a Ycellbio kit tube (PRP mass), is administered. Pneumoretinopexy is then carried out. In the early postoperative period, the patient is placed face down for 1–3 days.
EFFECT: method provides improvement of visual functions and anatomical and physiological parameters of the affected eye.
