SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to obtain autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP plasma), used, in particular, in ophthalmology, in the surgical treatment of idiopathic macular retinal tears. To prepare PRP plasma in patients with a low hematocrit level, venous blood is taken in a volume of 12.5 ml for men and 13.5 ml for women into a syringe connected to the catheter with a pre-filled anticoagulant in the amount of 1.5 ml, the syringe is closed, the contents are mixed and injected into the YCELLBIO-KIT tube with a 18 G needle through a paracentral hole in the tube cap. Then centrifugation is carried out for 5 minutes at room temperature with a rotation speed of 4000 rpm, a layer of PRP plasma is removed, an additional 2 ml of blood is taken, it is injected into the YCELLBIO-KIT tube with the remaining mixture; after which the contents of the tube are re-centrifuged for 4 min at a rotation speed of 4000 rpm, the PRP plasma layer is removed and added to the previously obtained one.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain PRP-plasma with a platelet concentration sufficient for effective surgical treatment of ophthalmic diseases with high functional and anatomical results in patients with low hematocrit.
