FIELD: food industry; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water and beverages, specifically to drinking liquids enriched in phytochemicals. Method is characterised by that it comprises obtaining an extraction liquid by placing the aerial parts of the plant or the leafy shoots of Bacopa, Centella or a combination thereof in a liquid with pH of 5.5 or higher and containing minerals and mineral salts. Latter are at least sodium, calcium and potassium and salts thereof. Obtained extraction liquid is stored at a temperature of about 17 °C for at least 2 weeks. Aerial parts of the plant or leaf shoots of Bacopa, Centella or a combination thereof are added to the liquid in an amount of 1 to 4 g per 100 ml. In to the extraction liquid from Bacopa, Centella or combinations thereof are released, respectively, bacoside A3, whose content is from 0.43 to 0.56 mg, bacopaside 11 – from 2 to 2.43 mg, bacopaside X – from 0.32 to 0.81 mg and bacopa saponin C – from 0.72 to 0.96 mg. Dietary fibre and flavour additive can be added to the extraction liquid.
