FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for getting of polymer-bitumen compositions, application domain of which is road, aerodrome and industrial and civil construction, and they are also used for production of roofing, composite materials and hydrophobic coats. Method for producing polymer-bitumen binders includes mixing of bitumen and urethane prepolymer, the bitumen is mixed with a pre-foamed by water urethane-alkyd prepolymer containing end free isocyanate groups, with prepolymer content of from 5 to 15 % of the total weight of the binder.
EFFECT: technical result is the improvement of physical and mechanical properties of the binder.
