FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coal industry and can be used to develop steeply pitching coals. Method comprises preliminary preparation of the extraction front by constructing a working platform along the formation strike line on the cut side ledge, connected with the formation outlet, installation of the equipment on the work site, delivery of loosened coal to the coal storage, preliminary preparation of the extraction front comprises carrying out a crosscut from the bottom of the coal cut and transport drifts along each formation in opposite directions from the crosscut. Drifts are supported by a support, the drilling rig is used as equipment mounted on the site, for drilling wells with subsequent expansion, mining pressure is controlled by laying the worked out space, the coal storage is built at the bottom of the cut, and the loosened coal is delivered to the coal storage on the drift and crosscut. As an additional equipment mounted on the work site, a coal saw drive is installed, and the wells is expanded with the help of drilling and blasting operations.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of open-underground mining of steeply pitching coal by improving the means of work mechanization and organization.
